Your Host and Skipper

Your skipper and Host is Veronique Claus.
A certified RYA Yachtmaster and Instructor.

Veronique Claus is a professional in the Yachting Industry.
She sailed dinghies since te age of 14 , has a master degree in mechanical and electric engineering and became, after additional training and maritime qualifications, a fulltime professional in the Yachting World.

Next to the organisation and skippering sailing holidays, she gives maritime training courses and she supports new yacht owners during the purchase of sailing- or motorvessels. She is also a new yacht owner trainer and delivery skipper.

Veronique is from Belgium but lives in Portugal. She speaks fluent English, French, German, Dutch and basic Portuguese

With more than 2).000 Nm during the last 12 years, she sailed in the most complex sailing areas in the world. From the Nordic Fjords to the South Atlantic, Patagonia and rounded Cape Horn in Chili/Argentina in 2016.
